Abstract

This executable takes a .txt file as input (see "example-Sr.txt"), and returns a .txt file as output (see "Slope-example-Sr.txt").

The input file consists of distance, value, and uncertainty columns. The output file consistes of distance, slope, uncertainty of slope, intercept, and uncertainty of intercept, and is returned in a format that can easily be plotted in Excel.

The bandwidths are chosen such that the total uncertainties are minimized.
