This questionnaire seeks information about the communication protocols between the various participants in the management of a volcanic reactivation process scientists, decision makers, civil protection, ...) and the communication between them and the media and the public. It is directed especially to agency staff working in the six volcanoes mentioned, but can also be delivered to staff from other active volcanic areas.
