This questionnaire, developed within the task 9.2 of the VUELCO project, is to be submitted to decision-makers, in order to better understand how their organizations work, what their needs are toward the scientific community and which kind of mitigation measures they adopted in past crisis situation and with which results.
The questionnaire was edited in its final version thanks to the contribution of all the VUELCO partners.
A special acknowledgement goes to the CSIC for its contribution in revision and in translation to spanish version (provided for Latino-Americans institutions).
